City of Greeley-Water Pollution Control Facility

Provided fabricated exterior stainless steel and interior carbon steel blower piping. Pipe sizes ranged from 12 – 36” in carbon steel and 6 – 36” stainless steel. Multiple pipe offsets in an already tight room made for tight fabrication tolerances.

South Fort Collins Sanitation District Phase 1

SCC Fabrication was contracted to supply fabricated pipe for the modification to a water reclamation facility centered around upgrades to a Class A Biosolids Treatment Process.

Ampi WWTF

Worked with the engineer and owner to design-build the WWTF. Designed with expansion in mind for additional filter and processing capacity. Provided all design layouts and stainless steel fabricated piping and custom pipe stands.

Escanaba WWTF

Provided interior and exterior stainless steel piping with supports as required for the project. Pipe size ranged from 6” to 24” with many transitions to fit new and existing structures, as well as tie into new and current equipment.

Oronoco WWTF

Upgrading blower piping for aeration systems with both internal and external pipe runs and custom pipe stands. Designed with the customer and engineer to tie into new and existing structures and systems.

City of Cumberland WWTF Screen Install

Retrofit upgrade to the WWTF Screen filter system. Tied new piping into existing pipe runs and new equipment with size transitions as required.
